Hansa's domain. It is an important centre of trade and circulation due to its location in the metro, but beware, its patrols are not known to be lenient with people who break Hansa's laws.

Extending from the South-West to the North-East of the Moscow metro, the Red line is controlled by the Communists. Strangers are viewed with suspicion by the Line's secret police, and it is always risky to pass through one of its stations.

West of Polis is the Arbat Confederation, a small alliance of authocratic capitalist stations allied with Hansa. They control Smolenskaya, as well as Kievskaya, whom they share control with Hansa.

The three stations controlled by the Nazis. Non-Russians are not tolerated, and many stories of cruelty, torture and murder abound about the place.

An alliance of three stations located in the Western half of the metro. It is a technocratic society whose leaders and inhabitants focus on hoarding and maintaining pre-war and post-war technology.

A small commonwealth of three stations (VDNKh, Alekseevskaya and Rizhskaya) located close to the Northern half of the Ring Line.

A confederation of stations in the Eastern part of the metro whose government is centred around the Ulitsa 1905 Goda station.

The metro's largest centre of organised crime based in the station of Kitai Gorod. It is a disreputable but active place that is often the scene of violent fights between rival gangs.

"Venice" is the nickname given to the stations Novokuznetskaya and Tretyakovskaya, and with good reason: the stations and the tunnels around them have been flooded. Venice is a lawless place dominated by various crime lords, and it is not a good idea to start trouble there...

A great military power in the Metro as well as a producer of electricity, Sevastopolskaya is constantly exposed to attacks from the abandoned Southern tunnels as well as human threats from the North.

Scattered throughout the metro, these stations are used as bases by the metro's Trotskyist movement. The most well known are Avtozavodskaya and Partizanskaya.

The lair of the Cult of the Great Worm. It is blocked off from its closest neighbours, the Arbat Confederation and Hansa, and is only accessible through hidden passages. Park Pobedy also has a hidden access tunnel to D-6.

The supposed lair of a Satanist sect whose goal is to dig a hole through the Earth and into Hell. Few have ever been there, and even fewer lived to tell the tale.

Neutral, free, abandoned and unexplored stations. Only the bravest and best explorers dare set foot in the latter.

Welcome to Moscow. For the first time in twenty years, the snow is beginning to melt. Plants twisted by radiation are reclaiming the previously barren surface and strange new creatures roam the blasted streets. You cannot access the surface without a gas mask.

Moscow's ancient underground. It is filled with old Christian shrines, catacombs, mines, sewers and mysterious caverns dating all the way back to the Middle Ages. It is mostly unexplored and is infested with mutants, although some say there are more than mutated beasts lurking down there...

What if Artyom had not annihilated the Dark Ones? What if the Metro had been hit by an unknown biological weapon? What if the bombs never fell? This board is where speculative roleplaying happens!
