Name: Konstantin Nevzorov
Birthplace: Moscow (Before the war)
Age: 46
Gender: Male
Faction affinity (if any) and faction relations: One of the most respected crime lords of Kitay-Gorod, so liked by most gangsters (although some dislike him). Other factions don't particularly like him, except the Ring Line and Baumanskaya due to his openness to trade.
Physical description: Six foot four, deep hazel eyes, brown short combed over hair, clean shaven, muscular. Wears pre-war Russian army officer's trenchcoat, white dress shirt underneath, black slacks.
Personality: Konstantin prefers words over fighting, and the saying "the pen is mightier than the sword" is close to his heart. If need be he will fight, but usually he will just send his gangsters to do the dirty work for him. Very cunning and persuasive, he can get his adversaries confused and second-guessing their decisions.
History: Konstantin worked as a personal attorney in Moscow for the leading law firm for around 15 years, becoming one of the most famous (and to some, infamous) lawyers in Russia. When the bombs dropped, he, his family and private security rushed to the station of Kitay-Gorod. After things settled down, he was one of the first to take command and created his faction. Soon other groups popped up and the authorities' power quickly shrank as powerful individuals created their own sub-factions. For years Konstantin and his mafia worked hard and climbed up the ladder of power. His syndicate grew to other crime stations and even a few neutral stations. At the top of the food chain, Nevzorov became number one on the hit list, but failed attempt after failed attempt Konstantin in a way was one step ahead of the assassins and it became a game to him.
Preferred weapon(s): Classic Nagant M1985 revolver with a golden handle and stainless steel body.
Notes: He prefers to use his mind over his gun
