(After months of absence, I finally get the chance to go online again. Now my application... )
Name: Thalia Katharina "Tharina" Kruljac
Birthplace: Stuttgart, Germany, May 1st 2006 (pre-war-child)
Age: 27
Gender: female
Faction affinity (if any) and faction relations: Part of the Baumanski Alliance and as her home station is the Semyonovskaya, she's more interested in technology and knowledge of all sorts -she tries to avoid political contacts and only travels for the sake of research. She avoids the Nazis, as they once troubled her for her not-Russian origin.
Physical description: Tharina is 164cm of height and weights healthy 70 kilos. At the first glance one would describe her as sturdy, though much of that comes from thick clothing. Tharina has the curves of a woman, a little pudgy at belly and thighs. Her eyes are of a clear, bright green, whilst she has the typical fair skin of the metro citizens. As she got confronted with radiation more than once, she lacks hair and her head has gone completely bald. Her Face is round, with a not-too-big but remarkable nose and thick lips; both making her eyes look smaller.
Personality: The young woman is made up of curiosity, quick wits and a good perception. She often tries to make the impression of a tough, hard leader - still, her self-confidence crumbles in moments of danger. She learns quick and is always eager to share her knowledge, sometimes for free, sometimes at a price. This can make her some kind of nuisance ever now and again, still sometimes it's a good idea to listen to her constant talking. Tharina hates to talk about yesterday. The future is more interesting than the years that brought us into the metro. The woman prefers to travel with a partner or two, seclusion does drive her mad indeed. Despite all of her insecurities, she's a straight-forward person: If something needs to be said or done, it will be.
History: Tharina was only a 7-year old girl when her parents took her to the metro, escaping the raging flames of nuclear destruction. Her mother, who originated from Croatia and her father, a german chemist, were located in Moscow for only 6 months - only with the help of a befriended researcher and scientist the family had a chance to enter the tunnels. They joined a group and finally they reached the Baumanski station, not without losing almost everything they had on themselves. The following year turned out not to go easy on the child. While her mother succumbed to injuries and radiation, the relationship to her father never was close, warmly or heartfelt. Through books, teachings and vital necessity Tharina learned a whole lot about medicine and became one of the few practicing medics in Semyonovskaya. In the last 2 years she spend much of her time traveling along the hansa, gathering more information and material as she still strives for perfection concerning her abilities as a doctor.
Preferred weapon(s): "I'm a doctor, not a gunslinger." - Tharina keeps herself safe only with an old AK-47 she often calls "the Jammer", a Tokarev TT-30 and a collection of 4 knifes hidden in her boots, her belt and next to her armpit in a leather strap.
Notes: To avoid further radiation, she tries to keep a rusty and primitive Geiger-Müller counter (nicknamed "Chirp") with her all the time.
(my gosh, my english skills got rusty. Just like a metro train. I do apologize.)
