We have one in Dallas as well, I don't see too much risk of the disease spreading far in first world nations. A person only become infectious when they start showing symptoms, the way Ebola spreads makes it a danger for heal care providers, undertakers and persons in direct contact with any of the infected's bodily fluids. In Dallas the guy was sent home by a rather stupid ER nurse after he had told her he had been in infected regions. He did pass away today but those he was in contact with during the he was infectious seem to be in perfect health and show no symptoms. Sanitation, education and correct quarantine procedures will stop the virus dead in it's tracts. So there is no need to panic, the only people that are sick in Europe are aid workers and they have been monitored from the start.

shoudl've been in the army, should've chosen the NBC section, the one with the hazmat suits... Nah, from what I understand of the virus it's very infectious indeed but only when in contact with body fluid. So, as long as you don't wear infected people's clothes and/or got puked on, you're okay. What is scary is how violent the disease is.

Indeed, I certainly wouldn't wish it on most people.

I have an NBC suit, I can't find it though. It's in my room somewhere, or it's in a box upstairs and who knows what's lurking up there...

It may have reached Australia, not sure yet. This Ebola stuff is actually reminding me of that game, Plague Inc. I hope it doesn't end the same way.

Does anyone here remember an old browser game called Pandemic 2? That's where Plague Inc. took inspiration from.
